CalcNest / international student finance
Student loan repayment, without the guesswork.

This is arithmetic, not advice. Overpaying can be pointless when a balance is likely to be forgiven or written off.

How this version works
This calculator uses current published 2026 rules where they exist, and labels estimated models where the underlying system depends on borrower-specific or servicer-specific details the browser cannot know.
What this covers
Five countries, each modeled on its own repayment logic rather than one generic formula: UK income-contingent thresholds, US federal plans including RAP and IBR, Canada's Repayment Assistance Plan, Australia's marginal HELP bands, and India-style EMI amortization.
Where estimates still matter
US repayment can depend on plan eligibility, filing status, servicer setup and loan cohort. Canada can depend on provincial portions and assistance stage. India depends heavily on lender terms and moratorium treatment. This version says that out loud.
